Privacy Policy
Black Neck Digital does not sell submitted information, does not use inquiries for ad profiling, and only collects information voluntarily submitted through the build request form or direct contact you initiate. Only what you submit is collected, and only to respond, quote, review, or deliver the requested website work.

What Is Collected
- Information you type into the Black Neck Digital build request form (name, email, selected product, project type, website needs, and optional budget or timeline notes).
- Messages you send to [email protected] or through other public contact channels you choose (for example Instagram).
- Standard web server and security logs that Cloudflare may process when you load pages or submit forms (IP address, request metadata, bot/security signals).
- On a delivered Review System, the website owner’s own site may store a reviewer’s name, private email, star rating, and review text. That private email is not published. Cloudflare may process the Turnstile check used on that form.
Why It Is Collected
- To respond to website build requests and follow up on submitted work.
- To prepare quotes, scope reviews, and written project agreements.
- To maintain basic site security, deliverability, and abuse resistance.
What Is Not Done
- Submitted information is not sold to data brokers or marketers.
- Inquiries are not used to build ad profiles or retargeting audiences.
- Forms are not designed to harvest unrelated personal data beyond what you choose to submit.
- Black Neck Digital does not claim that no third party ever processes data — see infrastructure below.
Email & Encryption Limitations
Website forms use HTTPS in transit to Cloudflare Pages Functions, but that is not the same as end-to-end encryption from your device to an operator inbox. Email delivery and receipt in an operator mailbox involve additional hops, providers, and inbox security choices.
Do not submit passwords, private keys, seed phrases, API secrets, or highly sensitive credentials through public forms.
Infrastructure Roles
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Form submissions are received by Cloudflare Pages Functions, which validate and route intake before email delivery. Cloudflare may process request metadata for hosting, security, and performance. A Review System’s human-verification checkbox is also a Cloudflare Turnstile check when that product is installed.
Form payloads may be transmitted through email infrastructure configured for Black Neck Digital inquiries so operators can review them manually. Extra tracking tools are not added merely because they exist.
Retention
Submitted information is kept only as long as needed to respond, quote, deliver website work, maintain business records, or resolve disputes — unless you request deletion and removal is reasonably practicable. Black Neck Digital does not promise automatic deletion on a fixed schedule for every channel (email archives, backups, and provider logs may persist independently).
